What Slotly is

Slotly is a marketplace for open TV airtime ("avails") sourced through our own station relationships. Browsing is open to everyone; live rates and the full avail book require an approved buyer account. Submitting a request expresses intent to buy — it does not reserve airtime, create a placement, or charge anything.

Deal shapes: annual, short flight, and one-time-only (OTO)

Avails come in different shapes, and the shape of each deal is confirmed with your placement — never assumed:

• Ongoing placements — typically annual commitments with a 4-week cancellation window; the structure our buyers have used for years.
• Short flights — a defined run of weeks.
• One-time-only (OTO) — a single airing or a small handful.

Our team confirms availability, the deal shape, and your flight start before anything is booked. No payment is due at request.

Accounts

Buyer accounts are approved by our team. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your sign-in. We may suspend or end access for misuse, including breach of the Source Protection Agreement below.

Listings and data

Inventory, audience estimates, and rates change constantly and are presented in good faith as of their timestamp, without warranty. Audience figures are estimates from third-party measurement and our own analysis. Rates and CPV shown to signed-in buyers are confidential business information.

Every buyer accepts this agreement once at sign-up (and again if it changes). The current version, exactly as accepted:

These terms don't transfer any ownership of content, data, or intellectual property. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; material changes to the Source Protection Agreement are re-presented for acceptance before continued use.
